MiFECC, LLC, established since 1995, is an engineering, procurement and construction company. The establishment was organized as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) in January of 2013. Our experiences are diverse, spanning across the residential, commercial and government arenas.
Engineering and Design Services
MiFECC, LLC’s architectural / engineering and design services include, but is not limited to structural design of steel structures (residential and commercial buildings, equipment platforms, roof dunnage and pipe racks), concrete structures, masonry structures and wood structures. We strive to complete our projects on time and within budget.
We also provide the following complimentary services to property owners and other engineering and architectural firms: structural analysis, structural evaluations, property condition assessments, architectural drafting, structural drafting, mechanical drafting, electrical drafting, and plumbing and piping drafting. The tools and methods we use are in keeping with the current conventions of the industry today. The methods are too numerous to mention; however, some of the tools we use to do our work from an engineering stand point are: Staad Pro, GT Strudl, Ram International (Ram Frame, Ram Beam, Ram Foundation, Ram Base Plate, etc.), Auto Cad and Microstation. We use Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat to help make communication with our clients efficient. MiFECC is licensed and insured.
Construction Services
MiFECC, LLC’s construction services include, but are not limited to new construction, building modifications, building restoration, renovations, build-outs (restaurants, retail stores, condos, high rises, etc.). We service these projects either as general contractors or construction managers. We manage all trades (excavation, foundation concrete, foundation reinforcement, masonry, rough carpentry, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and piping, electronics, finish carpentry, flooring and landscaping). MiFECC is license, bonded and insured.
Affiliation
MiFECC, LLC’s employees and associates are members of the International Code Council (ICC) and are versed in the interpretation of the following codes: ICC codes, American Concrete Institute Code (ACI), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), The Uniform Building Code (UBC) and numerous other industrial and municipality codes. We also hold licenses in several states.
Full Service Architectural & Engineering Design
We provide Structural Engineering, Structural Evaluation and Design services to architects, engineers, fabricators, developers, business owners and churches and residential customers. We also offer 10% off Structural Evaluations and Property Condition Assembly to Senior Citizens and Veterans.
Necholas J.J. Noel, EIT
President & CEO of MiFECC, LLC
Mr. Noel has over 30 years experience as an engineer, construction manager and designer in Architectural, Structural, Civil, Piping, Electrical and I&C disciplines. His experience includes the design of structural steel, shallow and deep foundations, large pipe racks and equipment support systems for pharmaceutical and power plant facilities and the structural evaluation of a wide variety of structures. Mr. Noel also has experience in the engineering and construction management of complex residential renovations and new residential projects. Mr. Noel also has extensive Microsoft Excel, MicroStation and Auto CAD 2D and 3D experience.
Paul Kwashie, PE
Project Manager
Mr. Kwashie has over 30 years experience in the civil/structural engineering field. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has recently registered with NCEE to reduce the time required to acquire licensure in of the 50 states. His experience includes the position of field engineer for the construction of sixteen (16) different bridges for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority: Vice President of PAK International engineering—a consulting engineering company that provides engineering services to individuals and companies in the areas of design inspection, and evaluation of residential and commercial buildings, using the International Building Code, AISC, AASHTO, and ACI codes. Mr. Kwashie was also the field engineer for the construction of the new Caesar’s Casino 28-story reinforced concrete tower hotel attached to a 6-story structural steel bridge connecting the old casino to this new hotel.
Trevor Henry
Civil/Structural Engineer
Trevor Henry has over 28 years experience in structural engineering and construction management of pharmaceutical, biologics, fine/specialty chemicals, and commercial projects. His experience spans all phases of construction management including constructability reviews, cost management, and schedule development. He has unique skills in integrating a project from conceptual to final completion including validation requirements for regulatory authorities. He has experience in the construction management of projects ranging from less than $1M to projects in excess of $200M.
